Updated 14th December 2024
I’m about to open the doors to my next offer, and I couldn’t be more excited. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).
Goals I’m working on right now:
My new offer
7 figure business
Building a community in Sydney

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.
Ready to do something impossible together?

How I'm Reseting Myself
I’ve been going at a million miles per hour, so I’ve declared today as a reset day.
Time to reset my mind, body, and soul.
Mind: Doing a meditation
Body: Going for a long walk in the sun
Soul: Journaling my thoughts, feelings, and desires for the coming months
What do you do to reset? Let me know in the comments by clicking the title of this post.
Books I'm Reading Right Now
Originals by Adam Grant
Best lesson so far: take risks – but only in one area of your life at a time. How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie
Best lesson so far: Make people feel special and important. It’s what they want the most. The Defining Decade by Meg Jay
Best lesson so far: Opportunities don’t tend to come from those you know well and have strong ties with. They come from people who you barely know, who have a totally different network – people you have weak ties with. Search out those people.

#NoMatterWhat
Pushing to get my to-do list done sucks.
But I committed to it.
So here I am. Showing up for my blog even when I really, really, really don’t feel like it.
I don’t even have anything to share with you guys today.
But I’m here because I said I would be.

How to Overcome Self-Doubt
Impossible > Possible > Probable > Inevitable
This is the scale of belief.
When you first set a massive goal, your brain won't even believe it's physically possible. You're stuck in the impossible stage. Total self-doubt.
The idea is to make the switch from impossible to possible.
Then possible to probable.
Then probable to inevitable.
So how do you get from impossible to inevitable when your self-doubt is raging?
By building trust with yourself.
That means showing up for your goals and habits every day, no matter what.
Before, I used to spin in self-doubt.
But for the last 459 days in a row, I've posted on my blog.
Before that, I meditated for 365 days straight.
I've also asked strangers at the mall to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
And trained daily until I hit 50 push-ups in a row.
Now when I set a goal, I trust myself to hit it.
It feels inevitable almost instantly.
It doesn't even matter how big it is.
Because now I believe myself when I say I'm going to do something.
I've got proof.
Even if I don't know how to do the thing yet. I know I'll do what it takes to figure it out.
I'll stay up late.
I'll get up early.
I'll put my goal ahead of my in-the-moment desires.
I know I'll do whatever it takes.
Because I've done whatever it takes before.
Self-doubt is just a symptom of inaction.
And here is the cure:
Show up daily
Be willing to do whatever it takes
Then your brain won't doubt you anymore.
What are you doing today to build trust with yourself?
Implementing Systems
My business has never been big enough to implement “systems” before, but now it’s getting to a stage where if I don’t put systems in place to support me supporting my clients, something is going to slip through the cracks.
I also believe that in order to step into the next level business owner, I need to prepare my systems so that I can handle the next level of success without a big commotion. This is an exciting time!
Here’s what I’m working on:
Streamlining my client onboarding process
Creating a system to stay up to date with where all of my clients are at
An easy system to connect with my clients so they’re not all communicating with me on different platforms
Potential solutions I’m looking at:
Dubsado – for managing everything all at once. I don’t have a lot of documents with my clients but I’m considering it as a way to manage everything since I’m currently using google spreadsheets and I don’t know how long that will last!
Telegram – for client communications so they could be all in one place (instead of messaging some people on email, some on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, text message… ah!)
Scheduling systems – I prefer to schedule with my clients personally, but now that my current client list has grown beyond 15 I’m considering having it done automatically including auto-created Zoom links.
What do you use for your client systems? Let me know in the comments by clicking the title of this blog!
Scheduling Every Hour
Last night, I couldn't sleep until 2am because I was worrying about how I was going to get everything done this week.
My goal this month is to do LESS. And even though I am doing less, at the end of the day, there's ALWAYS something (if not several things!) on my to-do list that hasn't been done.
So I've decided to do something kind of intense.
I'm scheduling my entire week, hour by hour.
So I can DO LESS, and LIVE MORE.
This morning, I wrote out every single thing I have to do this week on a piece of paper, and I and put them into my calendar.
Including breaks, meals, sleep, relaxing, socialising, EVERYTHING.
I've scheduled time every single day to watch Netflix. Whaaaat?!
Who knew I had time for that?
I've even scheduled PAINTING MY NAILS, y'all. Sunday at 8:30pm. BAM.
Even though my calendar looks super rigid, it's actually incredibly freeing.
Because it's not just filled with work. It's filled with relaxation and fun. Especially in the evenings which is so exciting!
Now, as long as I follow the schedule, I never have to worry that something isn't going to get done.
I get to do way less because now I can see how everything will get done.
I don't even need my to-do list. It's GONE.
At least for this week.
How do you organise your schedule?
Early Bird Strategy
As my coaching business grows I'm coaching 15+ hours per week. Add in preparation and post-call paperwork, and creating blog posts, connecting in my Facebook group, writing emails, and keeping clients accountable, I often end up working 10+ hours a day.
Initially, I think this has been great for the growth of my business. But now that I'm ready to scale it, I'm looking for ways that I can reduce the time it takes me each week, and eliminate distractions and time-sucking activities.
First, I'm going to test out creating all of my content in the morning. I'm generally a night owl so I do so much of my work at night, but I don't enjoy doing things into the wee hours. I'm ready for more daily structure.
I am committing to trying this out for seven days to see if I'm more productive.
Get up at 7am (as I'm a night owl I usually sleep 1am-9am, so I'm going to try switching to 11pm-7am)
1 hour: Create content for my blog and my FB group
1 hour: Check emails and social media
1 hour: Do my daily theme (emailing my list, doing a livestream or editing a YouTube video)
30 minutes: Getting ready for the day (breakfast, showering etc)
30 minutes: Prep my calls for the day
3-4 hours: Coaching
1 hour: Writing emails to my clients
Any extra time: Personal development
I'm excited to let you know how it goes!
My Daily Schedule
Wake.
Show up for my dreams.
Sleep.
Repeat.
That’s all that’s really on my schedule.
Showing up for my dreams looks different every day.
But I’ve committed to doing SOMETHING towards my dreams, every day.
400 Days of Blogging
This is my 400th day of blogging in a row.
When I started blogging *inconsistently* in 2017, I had heard it takes 21 days to make a habit stick.
Now I'm officially calling BS on that theory.
21 days of anything isn't going to change your life. Or 30 days. Or even 60.
If something matters, you have to do it every single day – for as long as you possibly can.
It's really only at 400 days that I'm starting to see a return in my blogging efforts.
Four. Hundred. Days.
21 days in, I was getting less than 2 readers a day. Now I'm getting about 79 readers a day (hello, lovely reader! Seeing that number is getting me super excited and motivated to continue, so thank you!).
I've got 330 days to go until my "two years of blogging" goal. And even then, I don't expect I will stop.
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing daily for years.
There is no shortcut to your dream.
Commit.
Show up right now for what you want.
Do something towards your dream TODAY.
And then do it again tomorrow.
Because consistency isn't about a 21 day fix.
It's about deciding to BE the kind of person you want to be, every single day, forever.
