400 Days of Blogging

This is my 400th day of blogging in a row.

When I started blogging *inconsistently* in 2017, I had heard it takes 21 days to make a habit stick.

Now I'm officially calling BS on that theory.

21 days of anything isn't going to change your life. Or 30 days. Or even 60.

If something matters, you have to do it every single day – for as long as you possibly can.

It's really only at 400 days that I'm starting to see a return in my blogging efforts.

Four. Hundred. Days.

21 days in, I was getting less than 2 readers a day. Now I'm getting about 79 readers a day (hello, lovely reader! Seeing that number is getting me super excited and motivated to continue, so thank you!).

I've got 330 days to go until my "two years of blogging" goal. And even then, I don't expect I will stop.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing daily for years.

There is no shortcut to your dream.

Commit.

Show up right now for what you want.

Do something towards your dream TODAY.

And then do it again tomorrow.

Because consistency isn't about a 21 day fix.

It's about deciding to BE the kind of person you want to be, every single day, forever.
