How I'm Reseting Myself

I’ve been going at a million miles per hour, so I’ve declared today as a reset day.

Time to reset my mind, body, and soul.

Mind: Doing a meditation

Body: Going for a long walk in the sun

Soul: Journaling my thoughts, feelings, and desires for the coming months
