Updated 19th January 2025
I recently opened the doors to my brand new membership, GET IT DONE. I couldn’t be more excited! This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet). We’ve had 80 incredible members sign up in the first month and I’m just having so much fun.
Goals I’m working on right now:
Creating a simpler day to day
7 figure business
Building a community in Sydney

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

Impossible Certainty
I'm so damn certain the impossible is achievable.
Because I'm surrounded by people doing impossible things, every day.
My client Matheson doing a pendulum swing aka RUNNING on a vertical rock face, 1000 feet up.
My mum completing the 7 Summits (the highest mountain on every continent) by her 50th birthday.
My giveaway winner 11-year-old Yve designing a jewellery line that is getting more demand than her team can physically handle.
My boyfriend Daniel, starting his second successful Escape Room in a year with zero prior experience.
My client Chanelle who invented a peak performance coffee that gives you all the hype without the jitters.
There's literally no way I could list all of the people in my life doing impossible things.
This list would be a mile long. You're all epic and inspiring AF.
Here’s the deal:
If you want to do impossible things, surround yourself with people doing impossible things.
Scheduling Every Hour
Last night, I couldn't sleep until 2am because I was worrying about how I was going to get everything done this week.
My goal this month is to do LESS. And even though I am doing less, at the end of the day, there's ALWAYS something (if not several things!) on my to-do list that hasn't been done.
So I've decided to do something kind of intense.
I'm scheduling my entire week, hour by hour.
So I can DO LESS, and LIVE MORE.
This morning, I wrote out every single thing I have to do this week on a piece of paper, and I and put them into my calendar.
Including breaks, meals, sleep, relaxing, socialising, EVERYTHING.
I've scheduled time every single day to watch Netflix. Whaaaat?!
Who knew I had time for that?
I've even scheduled PAINTING MY NAILS, y'all. Sunday at 8:30pm. BAM.
Even though my calendar looks super rigid, it's actually incredibly freeing.
Because it's not just filled with work. It's filled with relaxation and fun. Especially in the evenings which is so exciting!
Now, as long as I follow the schedule, I never have to worry that something isn't going to get done.
I get to do way less because now I can see how everything will get done.
I don't even need my to-do list. It's GONE.
At least for this week.
How do you organise your schedule?
The Spectrum of Results
When you set a goal, it might start out feeling impossible.
And as you begin to change your beliefs, your identity, and your actions, it shifts to feeling possible.
Then with deeper work, it shifts to probable.
And eventually, with enough mental and physical effort, what was once an impossible goal becomes an inevitable outcome.
Impossible ➡️ Possible ➡️ Probable ➡️ Inevitable
Where does your goal sit on the spectrum right now?
The 5 Biggest Mistakes I Made When I Started My Business
When I first started my coaching business, I made my fair share of mistakes. I know I'll continue making mistakes forever (that's part of being an entrepreneur and a human being and I'm totally okay with that), but now that I'm a full-time entrepreneur, I've got some advice for my past self. I hope it can help you too!
Want to Help People?
Ever heard someone say this?
"I want to be successful so I can help a lot of people."
It turns out, helping people isn't a result of being successful.
It's a condition for it.
You can't be successful without adding a ton of value to people's lives.
People don't buy things and listen to people that don't add value.
It's not: The more successful you become, the more people you can help.
It's: The more successful you become, the more people you HAVE helped.
Success and value are inseparable.
Here’s one I prepared earlier
I keep a list of thoughts on my phone that I have pre-prepared for when I need a boost.
It's all the things I WANT to think when my brain is feeding me unhelpful thoughts.
Because sometimes no matter how much I want to "be positive" my brain can't think of a single helpful thought.
So then I feed my brain my list of ONES I PREPARED EARLIER.
It's kind of like meal-prepping, but for thoughts.
Here are my latest favourites on my thought-prep list (it's about 20x longer than this)
✨ I know EXACTLY what to do.
✨ I've got this.
✨ My success is inevitable.
✨ It gets to be easy. ✨ I have got the magic pill in my hands (I've always wanted a magic pill so instead of trying to accept there isn't one, I just decided I already have it).
✨ I get to choose how I want to see this. ✨ I am UNSTOPPABLE.
What is on your thought-prep list?
The World in My Head
Today I went running and I had one of those moments where the world feels so good.
I was reminded that the world is only the way I perceive it.
That I don’t see the world as it is, only as how my mind interprets it.
And I control my mind. So I get to choose how I see it.
And today, I’m choosing to see that the world is good.
That’s all.
Generate Motivation From Within
Motivation doesn't fall from the sky. It comes from within.
We get to generate our own motivation.
You're not tired, you're just bored.
You're not unmotivated, you're just not excited with life!
Go and get yourself some of life's juicy delightful fun.
What lights you up? What gets you excited?
Watch an inspiring documentary.
Set a big goal.
Take a big leap.
Go emotional skydiving.
CHOOSE to generate some motivation.
Matheson Brown: Another Impossible Feat Accomplished
My friend-turned-client Matheson Brown has officially done something impossible!
Just over a year ago, he told me his idea that he wanted to go from an amateur climber to a professional-level climber in a single year.
This is UNHEARD OF.
He didn't know if he could pull it off.
His gear was stolen.
He dislocated his shoulder.
COVID meant no climbing for 3 months.
But this is the same guy who broke a world record on the 140-day long Appalachian trail in 2018.
I had faith in him. We worked on his publicity together and sponsorship opportunities. We worked on how to stay safe when your mindset has no limit but your body does.
And today, he completed his relentless three-day-long climb of Half Dome (750 vertical-meters of pure rock) in Yosemite.
People train their whole lives for this. And he did it in a year.
He did what literally no one has ever done before.
And he's made a documentary about it.
There is literally no such thing as impossible.
We're all capable of doing impossible things.
"It's not that I don't like being comfortable. It's just the lowest thing on my priority list." – Matheson Brown

Back to 100
One of my impossible goals is to hit 100 push ups in a row.
When I set this goal, I had never even done a push up in my life.
And that's exactly why I wanted to do it.
I wanted to show myself that I can do something that is literally so out of reach from my current reality.
In January, after a ton of training, I did FIFTY in a row.
A girl who for her entire life literally couldn't do even ONE.
YOU GUYS I DID 50!!
And then I promptly injured my shoulder.
It's slowed me down, but it's not going to stop me.
It's been 5 months since I've done one single push up.
But I've been working with an amazing physiotherapist.
And last week, I did my first half-push up.
It's not much.
But it's progress.
And she says she thinks I will be doing full push ups by the end of September.
So Internet, get ready. Because my 100 push ups challenge is coming back at you!
