Well that escalated quickly
Today I did push ups ON our flight from Tenerife to London… in the seat aisle!

I’ve also been trying to add in other elements to my workouts, like core and holding plank positions and variations such as this:
Do you have any top tips for workouts that will strengthen the muscles that don’t involve actual push ups?
