Well that escalated quickly

Today I did push ups ON our flight from Tenerife to London… in the seat aisle!

I still have to see if I can hit 32 today, I’m about to head off and do them now. If you’d like to closely follow my progress, I’ve been sharing a lot on my instagram stories: @saraharnoldhall

I’ve also been trying to add in other elements to my workouts, like core and holding plank positions and variations such as this:

Do you have any top tips for workouts that will strengthen the muscles that don’t involve actual push ups?
