Updated 14th December 2024
I’m about to open the doors to my next offer, and I couldn’t be more excited. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).
Goals I’m working on right now:
My new offer
7 figure business
Building a community in Sydney

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.
Ready to do something impossible together?

Celebrating Wins
I’ve had so many awesome wins over the past few weeks and it can be SO easy to forget to celebrate, because I’m so focused on the end goal. But I want to enjoy each small win over time.
So I’ve decided to celebrate my small wins by sharing them with my friends each time, and then my big wins with a specific activity to mark the day.
For example, I’ve decided when I hit 100K subscribers on YouTube I’m going to throw a giant dance party where I lead line dancing to Britney Spears’ Greatest Hits all night, no sitting down permitted until the potato sack races are over (anyone who went to my 21st knows I’m not joking!).
And for the smaller but still big milestones with my other goals, I’m going to get one of those spa treatments where they wrap you up in foil and put cucumbers on your eyes.
What will you do when you hit your impossible goal?
Action Works Like Money
Action is like money.
The more you invest, the bigger the return.
If you invest one action, you might get no return.
If you invest two actions, you might get a small return.
If you invest three actions, you might get a slightly larger return.
And as you stack the action on top of action, it starts to snowball.
30 actions in a row and the snowball is on fire.
But ONLY if you invest your action in the same place every time.
And this is where I went wrong with my goals for so long.
I was all over the place with my action.
Think about it:
Telling 30 different people about your podcast once is like opening 30 different bank accounts and putting $1 in each of them.
There's no buzz. No interest.
But if you tell the same people about your podcast 30 times, it's like putting $1 a day in high-interest investment for 30 days. You'll end up with more than $30, because it's generating more each time.
Those same people have heard about it enough times, now they're telling their friends about it.
You're generating interest.
The first time you tell your followers about your podcast, no one listens.
The second time, someone downloads it but forgets to listen.
The third time, people are starting to listen.
The fourth time, they're inviting their friends.
The fifth time, they're leaving reviews.
The sixth time, they're asking to be on the podcast.
30 actions in a row and you're ranking on iTunes.
I used to think if I tried something a few times and it didn't work, I should try something else.
But single actions don't create results.
Trying this, trying that, trying something else – of course nothing seems to work.
There's no time for the action to snowball.
So I learned I had to pick one action that matters the most to my goal and do it every single day until I saw results.
For me, that means creating content every day and sharing it.
I'm on day 428 of blogging in a row.
When I started 428 days ago, I didn't have any clients.
Now I'm a full time coach.
I don't post it on Facebook today and then Linked In tomorrow, and then Instagram the next day.
I post it every single day on my blog, and in my Facebook Group.
Take some action.
Then take it again.
In the same place.
Even if nothing happens yet.
It's working.
Girl Power
I want girls to know that they are enough.
And that they can stand up for what they believe in.
And that they can talk about MONEY.
And that they can want big things.
And that they can be ambitious as hell.
And none of those things make her wrong or bad or greedy.
They just make her one of the women who are changing the world.
Your Success Has Already Arrived
You're just about to have a massive breakthrough.
It's here.
Right now.
Waiting for you.
You're THIS close.
You're about to blow up.
Your life is about to get 10x better.
The career. The clients. The relationship. The money. It's all here.
Your success is not even "on its way".
It's HERE.
It's arrived.
I signed it from the delivery guy this morning.
It came with a note.
"Do not stop. YOU DO NOT STOP."
All you have to do is not give up.
It's here. All of it.
I promise.
But only if you keep going.

This is mandatory viewing for all blog readers. No exceptions.
Kidding. But watch it. It will make your day.
Ambitious Women Change The World
Sometimes people ask me why I am such an ambitious woman.
Why do I need to go after impossible dreams? Why not just be satisfied with the way things are?
And I'm like, GIRL. We need to talk.
You and I are some of the first women in history – and still in the world today – to have the freedom to even TRY to fulfill our potential.
And that is only because we are standing on the shoulders of generations of women who fought for us to have the opportunities we have.
My heart breaks at the thought of all the women with brilliant ideas and dreams who never got a chance to attempt them.
Thanks to ambitious women fighting for our rights – to vote, to go to school, to have bank accounts, to have reproductive choices – you and I have the chance to go after our dreams.
Ambitious women changed the world for us.
And now it's our turn to be an example of what is possible for the next generation of women.
I will never, ever, apologise for being ambitious.
I owe it to my grandmother.
Motivated AF
Today’s morning affirmations:
I am motivated AF.
I can do this.
I am unstoppable.
I’m ready.
My thoughts create my actions. My actions create my results.
Let’s GO.
I've Got This
It’s getting towards the end of the month and I am HUSTLING.
Aside from my usual coaching and blogging commitments, here is what is on my list every day for the past week:
Grow my YouTube channel by 7 subscribers
Plan/film/edit a YouTube video (this one keeps getting put off, hence why it’s on my list every day)
Grow my Facebook Group (I committed to reaching 1500 people this month)
Find an outfit, find a location, book a photographer, get my photography done
If I’m honest, I feel scared.
But I refuse to give up. I choose to believe I can do this.
Okay. Enough blogging. Time to get back to work.
Take Command Conversations
You guys this week I was featured on the Take Command Conversations Podcast!
Paul Gowin is a former Marine Corps Mustang Officer who turned transformational specialist.
In the episode, we talk about:
The importance of family in stressful times
How I Take Command of my thoughts
How I overcame my fear of flying
And Paul asked me:
How past lessons helped me uproot from my apartment in Britain and immediately move back home to New Zealand
How I was inspired to push past what’s possible
What superpower I’m growing right now
Facebook Friends IRL
This is Nicole.
She’s one of my most favourite people in the entire world.
I found her in a Facebook Group two years ago.
Not my own Facebook Group.
Just a totally random one.
Now we talk on the phone or by text almost every day.
Today, we met for the third time in person.
She’s a soul coach.
She’s amazing.
Connect with her here.
