Updated 14th December 2024
I’m about to open the doors to my next offer, and I couldn’t be more excited. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).
Goals I’m working on right now:
My new offer
7 figure business
Building a community in Sydney

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.
Ready to do something impossible together?

How To Be Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan is the best basketball player in history.
You can be the Michael Jordan of your game.
The Michael Jordan of modeling.
The Michael Jordan of coaching.
The Michael Jordan of painting.
The Michael Jordan of fashion.
How? By taking on his mindset.
What is Michael Jordan thinking?
I am going to win
I’ve won this game before it’s even started
I will win at all costs
I am the best player in the world
If I put in the work, the results will come
What if you thought the way Michael Jordan thinks?
How different would your life look?
Perseverance
“Perseverance is not a long race; it is many short races one after another.” —Walter Elliott
I’ve learned if there’s one skill that is absolutely universal to achieving any goal I set, it’s perseverance.
If you always persevere, and never give up, eventually, success is inevitable. It has to be.
Seeing this quote today was a huge aha moment for me.
Honestly, my friends can tell you I’m not always motivated. I often have days where I want to pack it all in and just give up. And on those days, all I do is sit on the couch eating hot chips, watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills #thetruthcomesout
However, what I AM really good at, is losing motivation AND THEN getting motivated again afterward. That feels like what Walter Elliott is talking about here.
Because here's what I do instead of trying to force myself up off the couch:
I try and spark a tiny, micro moment of motivation. It only needs to be for half a second.
And then as soon as I feel it, I act upon that short burst of motivational energy ASAP.
And I do that again and again.
And then I sprint a short race. And then I collapse on the couch again – maybe in 10 minutes, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a week.
And then I get up again.
Fall down seven, get up eight.
The Path To Your Impossible Dreams Will Test You
I just invested money into a course with an amazing coach I've been wanting to take since December. I've already invested a lot of money into my business, but I was ready to invest more because I full-on believe in my coaching business.
This investment wasn't straightforward at all Here's everything that went wrong before it went right:
I had to properly commit (this happened months ago).
Then I had to source the money. It took me longer than expected. I missed the special bonus, but I still wanted the course.
Then when I finally got my $hiz together, I had to transfer it across banks to make the payment.
It went into the wrong bank account.
My mum’s bank account.
Eeeek. I cried. Sobbed. I didn't want to have to ask her to transfer it to me because I was afraid she wouldn't agree with my investment.
Had one of those cry-my-heart-out-pep-talk-myself showers. Got through it.
It turns out, my mum didn’t mind one bit.
And finally, five months since I had the goal of joining the course, I made it happen.
That day is today. And it feels amazing.
The path to impossible dreams will TEST you. How bad do you want it? How bad do you want to change? Are you willing to invest your time, energy, and money into your dream?
The Price of Admission to an extraordinary life
The price of admission to an extraordinary life is not free.
Choosing to create an extraordinary life requires struggle. Not just a willingness to struggle, but a commitment to struggle.
Commit.
Just Because Something Didn’t work, Doesn’t Mean It Doesn’t Work
Can we just talk about how just because something DIDN'T work, doesn't mean it DOESN'T work. Today I wrote a post in a Facebook group, and it got 204 likes and 44 comments. I was so excited it got that same engagement, I decided to post the same post in another group. It got 5 likes.
Why? Who knows?! It could be the algorithm or the kinds of people or the time of day. But the point is, just because something doesn't seem to work, it doesn't mean ANYTHING. Sometimes, it's a matter of right place, right time.
That means no matter what, you have to keep going. Your actions are working. I promise. If you never give up, you guarantee your success.
Assume You Are Being Prepared
Like a great warrior for battle.
You are being prepared.
This struggle isn’t for nothing. It’s going to be worth it.
You are being prepared for something much greater.
Embrace it.
Are you willing to wait?
Are you willing to wait 10 years to make it?
This was a question I asked myself today.
Are you willing to wait 30 years? 50?
Be patient enough to wait 50 years.
Remember, the pursuit is the dream. If you have to wait 50 years, you get to live the dream for 50 years.
Will Smith's Mindset
For the last year or so, I’ve been growing more and more impressed with Will Smith.
Yeah, his acting is good, but I don’t even really watch his shows or movies. Instead, I’m fascinated by his drive, his success, his amicability, his life.
So in honour of that, today I want to share some epic Will Smith quotes to get you in the game.
“I’ve never really thought of myself as particularly talented. Where I excel is ridiculous, sickening work ethic.”
“Being realistic is the most commonly travelled road to mediocrity.”
“The only thing that I see that is distinctly different about me is: I’m not afraid to die on a treadmill. I will not be outworked, period. You might have more talent than me, you might be smarter than me, you might be sexier than me. You might be all of those things. You got it on me in nine categories. But if we get on the treadmill together, there’s two things: You’re getting off first, or I’m going to die. It’s really that simple.”
“The first step, before anybody else believes it, is you have to believe it.“
“It’s already done. The second I decide it’s done, it’s already done. And so now we just gotta wait for y’all to see.”
“There’s no reason to have a Plan B, because it distracts from Plan A.”
Any good ones I missed? Drop your top Will Smith quotes in the comments (I’m always looking for more!).
How to keep going when you suck at something
I’ve been creating content for several years now – and I still suck. Sure, I’m getting better, but on an objective level, I suck.
My videos aren’t well made or edited, my blog posts aren’t long enough, and my photography is subpar.
But I’m going to continue.
Every great artist, entrepreneur, writer, producer and creator sucked at one point.
Today I did a Facebook Live and my hair was all over the place, I stumbled when I spoke and I felt so awkward I didn’t even want to watch it back after it was posted.
I’m going to do another one tomorrow. Even though I don’t want to. Even though it feels like a waste of time. Because I once heard a story about Steve Jobs: he took a calligraphy course at college and felt like it was a waste of time. And yet, many years later, the very reason people love his computers are for the beautiful design.
No creative pursuit is ever a waste of time.
I might suck right now, but I’m going to get better.
It might take 10,000 hours, but I will get better.
So if you’re struggling to continue creating or practicing or training or learning something, just keep going.
It will be worth it.
