Updated 14th December 2024
I’m about to open the doors to my next offer, and I couldn’t be more excited. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).
Goals I’m working on right now:
My new offer
7 figure business
Building a community in Sydney

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.
Ready to do something impossible together?

How Bad do you want it?
When you set an impossible goal, you decide that you’ll do whatever it takes to reach it. It’s part of the deal.
And then there’s actually following through with it, which is a whole different story.
These last few weeks I’ve really been asking myself, how bad do I want it?
How bad do I want to build my dream life?
It would be so much easier to live a life in my comfort zone. But I don’t just want to live a comfortable life, I want to live an extraordinary life.
So for the next few weeks, I’m working 80 hour weeks to crush my debt, so I can start getting hella serious about my goals that require cash to boost them.
There was a time not long ago I would never have uttered the word debt to my friends, let alone the entire world online! But committed to authenticity, and to me that means not holiday back parts of the truth.
I’m SO PUMPED to start putting 110% into my impossible goals, starting with my finances.
How serious are you about your dreams? Are you willing to not just say you’ll do whatever it takes, but actually do whatever it takes?
Unstoppable
On Friday, after writing down everything that’s happening in the next month, I had a few hours of ‘oh my gosh there’s no way I can possibly get everything done I need to get done, I’m going to have to drop some things off my plate.' I got so stressed I cried.
And then I went for a run. And I remembered what Tony Robbins said that he does on a run. He says “I’m fucking unstoppable. I’m fucking unstoppable.” Over and over and over. I tried it. That is POWERFUL. By the end of my run, I was in a whole new mindset.
Creating success is not a question of lowering the bar. It’s a question of increasing your effort.
I decided that this is actually a challenge, to see if I’m capable of crushing a million things on my list. To see if I can handle every plate I’m spinning (spoiler: I can and so can you).
Where are you backing down in your life right now, where it’s really a call for you to step up?
That image is now my phone wallpaper. Please screenshot it and use it as yours, and most importantly, say it out loud whenever you see it, to remind yourself that you are fucking unstoppable.
She did the impossible
I’m so excited to introduce you to a huge inspiration of mine, Megan Eddings - the founder of Accel Lifestyle, an eco-friendly, ethical activewear company. This video is a sneak peek of a full length 30 minute training inside Impossible Incubator.
Megan is a creative chemist who did something that people in the apparel industry thought was IMPOSSIBLE. She invented an anti-microbial fabric that doesn’t smell, even when you sweat in it - and what sets it apart from every other anti-microbial fabric is that STAYS that way. It doesn’t just work for the first few washes - it works FOREVER. But that's not even the only impossible thing she did - her entire brand is completely ethically made in the USA, zero sweatshops involved, AND is eco-friendly and plastic-free. Everyone told her there was no way she could make it 100% sweatshop free, but where there’s a will, there’s a way, so she did it!
Megan has won several business awards for her innovations, has been highlighted in Forbes magazine, and was a TOP 3 National Finalist in an Inc. Magazine competition.
May 24th is even proclaimed 'Megan Eddings Day' in Houston, Texas for her philanthropy work!
“Nothing is impossible. If they can do it, I can do it.”
What a superhero! Can we officially call her IMPOSSIGIRL?
Follow Megan on Instagram: @megand1431 and @accellifestyle
Thank you Megan for changing the world and inspiring me to keep trying to do the impossible. I can’t wait to get my hands on some Accel Lifestyle apparel!

Personal Development Capital of the World
If you want to do fashion, you go to New York.
Country music? Nashville.
Film? London.
History? Rome.
Acting? Los Angeles.
Technology? Silicon Valley.
Plastic Surgery? Beverly Hills.
Where do you go for Personal Development? My hunch says Los Angeles. But I've personally seen LOADS of events in Phoenix, Arizona (and been to one there myself!). I’ve been told Sedona, Arizona is also packed with spiritual events.
Why am I asking? Well, if you are really serious about acting, you don’t choose to live in a small town.
You do whatever it takes to move to Los Angeles (or London). It shows you’re serious. It puts you at the best chance of a breakthrough.
So, if you really want to throw yourself into Personal Development, where do you go? SO much of it is online now. But that doesn’t beat personal, face to face events and connections. You can still be online in the capital city - so why not move there?
My UK visa will end in July. And then what? The world is my oyster! I could move almost anywhere. So I’m seriously considering moving to the capital of Personal Development - wherever that is!
Any idea? Leave me a comment by clicking on the title of this post!
The best job ever
For a long time, I’ve used strategies that have worked for me to make major changes in my life, but I haven’t been sure if it’s just ME. Maybe they only work for me and the way that I think about the world. But then I share them with my clients, and suddenly they can change a habit they’ve been struggling with for years. Or they can do something they thought was hard, and make it easy. That’s the best feeling in the world, knowing that my work is impacting my clients’ lives. That’s why I LOVE being a coach. I get to help other people create a live that they love, overcome their fears and bad habits, change their mindset and watch them grow. And I learn SO much from them.
Coaching feels like the best job in the whole world.
Before I found coaching, I was really, really, really unsure about what I wanted to do with my career. I’d studied psychology, philosophy and religious studies and film at University, but I didn’t know what I wanted to do with that degree. I remember, even as a young kid, really resisting the idea of a 9-5 job. “Wait, so I have to work for someone else, doing whatever they say, whenever they want, taking up most of the hours of the week?"
But I also remember being so embarrassed because I thought people would think I was spoiled or ungrateful or lazy if I expressed how backwards I thought the 9-5 system was. Don’t get me wrong - I work hard. I put in far more than 40 hours a week into my business. But I LOVE it. And I do it whenever I want - in my pyjamas, or at a café, at any time of the day or night, in any country in the world. I report to myself, building my dream.
I truly feel that every one of should get to feel like we have the best job ever? I’m unapologetic now - I think the 9-5 is awful. Not that working from 9am till 5pm is awful (I’ve got nothing against those particular hours) but that the SYSTEM of it is awful. The way so many people feel “trapped” into it. Is that what we should be aspiring to?
I don’t totally pay all of my bills with my business yet. I also do some freelance work too. But as a freelancer, I still run my business, and I’m still my own boss, and I still choose my work hours. I love freelancing!
Working for myself didn’t just fall into my lap. I’ve also had some pretty horrendous work experiences in the past (so bad that a psychologist almost diagnosed me with PTSD - a story for another day!). I’ve had to work really hard at making this lifestyle work. It’s been a long process, but I’m still here. If you guys want to hear more about my journey to becoming my own boss, let me know! But for now I want to leave it at this: If you want to have the best job ever, go out there and MAKE IT HAPPEN.
And if you want help with that, send me a message or a DM, I’d be happy to chat about it with you <3
The day I almost gave up
Today was the first day I’ve questioned if I should write my daily blog. I'm on day 48 of 730, and I was thinking “ah, nobody is probably reading it, and I don’t feeeeel like writing one today, no one will notice if I skip a day… ugh, why on earth did I commit to two years?!” But that right there is EXACTLY why. Because if I hadn’t publicly committed to blogging, today would have been the day I gave up. But instead, you’ll see me still writing it in June in 2021. I hope that by then my images are FAR better (I cringe at the state I’m uploading them in now, which is why one of my September Goals is to photograph 5 high resolution shoots for my blog posts that I am proud to share!). I’m also hoping by 2021 I’ll be impacting more readers, my content will be more and more valuable everyday and I’ll be faster at writing. But for now, I’m so grateful I’ve made this goal of 2 years. It’s time to SHOW UP, and not give up at the slightest feeling of procrastination.
Feeling like giving up? YOU DO NOT STOP. YOU DO NOT GIVE UP. YOU COMMIT EVEN HARDER.
So instead, today has been a day of editing, creating and pushing things FORWARD! (My mantra: don’t be productive, be progressive).
I’m SO ready to start creating YouTube videos regularly, so I’ve been working on my Youtube space - it currently looks like that mess in the picture above! I want to create a space that will remain set up so I can just set up my camera and hit record. I'm planning to put up either a wall of photos or a massive photo inside a huge frame I have. I also ordered a tripod that is multipurpose for both iPhones and DSLR cameras (my last videos have been filmed with my camera balancing on a stack of books, a weetbix cereal box and some PS4 games, to get the height just right!).
I’ve also been editing my latest Masterclass for Impossible Incubator, it’s currently exporting, woohoo! I’m actually going to give you all a sneak peak of it, even if you’re not inside Impossible Incubator yet. Keep your eyes open for it!
Sarah, how are you so positive all the time?
Sometimes my coaching clients try to give up on their impossible goals (notice I said try - do you think I let them?). They originally come to me brimming with excitement and anticipation about their impossible goal. Of course, in the beginning it’s easy to feel that way. But over time (and usually, as their deadline begins to loom), they become discouraged because it doesn’t seem like they’re going to achieve it.
I totally get it. Of course I’ve wanted to give up before too. It can be hard to keep your spirits up when you set a massive goal that just seems like it’s BEYOND impossible now that the deadline looms.
But that’s not true. We’ve all heard cases of people who’ve made millions in just a few days, or lost a ridiculous amount of weight in a month, or a fantastic opportunity came out of nowhere right before all seemed lost.
I mean, come on guys. You’ve seen the movies - the hero doesn’t ever achieve the goal easily with loads of time to spare (if that’s the case, your goal was too easy). That wouldn’t make a good story. They have to rush to Mordor with only JUST enough time to throw the ring in Mount Doom. They have to have a classic “follow that taxi!” car chase and sprint through airport security with only JUST enough time to get a kiss from the cute American girl.
But they NEVER EVER EVER give up on their goal.
EVEN if it doesn’t happen on the exact timeframe they desire.
No one wants to hear the story of the person who set a goal and achieved it with no struggles or problems. They want to hear about the epic journey, when all hope seemed lost but the hero pushed on through!
I was just listening to the fabulous Brooke Castillo on her podcast, and she shared something I thought was pure genius.
She said that you have to look at your goal the way you’d look at children walking. When a child is learning to walk and they’re stumbling and falling all over the place and they’re taking longer to learn than the other kids, we don’t ever doubt that they will walk. Not even for a second.
We’re not thinking, “I don’t know, buddy. You might not be a walker.”
No way!
It doesn’t even occur to us that we could give up on a child learning to walk. Of course they will walk! Even if they’re 4 years old and they STILL haven’t learned. We might try some different tactics. But we’re not giving up.
I’m paraphrasing, but Brooke’s point was this:
So, what if you believed in your goal the way that you believe in children learning to walk? What if you had no doubt , not even for a second, that you will achieve it? How would that change the way you show up for your goal?
I don’t give up on my impossible goals. I just don’t.
And I often get asked, how are you positive all the time? I’m not positive ALL the time. But I don’t give up on my goals because I KNOW I can achieve them.
Right now, 100 push ups seems a world away, when I can only do 10. But 3 weeks ago, I could do zero. So I’m not giving up. 100k Youtube Subscribers seems CRAZY when I’m currently at 264. But I set goals that feel impossible because how damn good is it going to feel when I finally get 100 push ups, and 100k Subscribers? It’s not a matter of if, only a matter of how much I believe in it. Because our thoughts become actions and actions become results. If I stop believing in my goal, (thought) I won’t take action and I won’t get the results.
It’s fully in your hands. Henry Ford was right: whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.
My vision board
Ah! Sharing my vision board kind of makes me nervous. All of those “What will people think of my dreams? What if they think I’m silly?” thoughts come up.
But I get so inspired and motivated when other people share their vision and their dreams, so I want to do the same. Hopefully you get value from me sharing my dreams!
Why did I create a vision board? (Or what even is a vision board?!)
By being able to see and visualise my goals and dreams, I am inspired and excited to action more often. That’s really the whole idea - to create a visual representation of your goals so you’ll feel inspired to take action.
I created my board using Pinterest photos and putting them together in a collage on Canva (not sponsored, haha!).
Here’s what the photos on my vision board represent:
Creating a podcast
Having deep connection with friends (while having a cup of tea!)
Sharing my message on stage
Filming videos for Youtube
Doing 100 push ups
Relaxing (I’m working on taking time out from work!)
Reaching 100k subscribers on Youtube (subscribe here!)
Working from an inspiring home office
Creating & selling a personalised life planner (has been a dream for years!)
Running a retreat in Fiji
Having a deep connection with my partner
Writing in my gratitude journal
Attending a Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within event
Rescuing animals from slaughter
Going to my coaching recertification training in California in 2020
Of course, this vision board doesn’t represent my entire life’s vision, nor does it portray every aspect of the best human I want to be (for example, it doesn’t show core values, beliefs or purpose).
Even as I’m writing this, I feel like I need to give an explanation for what I want, as if desiring to live my best life is wrong in some way (hello there, people-pleasing brain).
But no. I’m unapologetic about wanting to live my best life, and to help others live their best lives too.
Do you have a vision board? Let me know in the comments (you can comment by clicking the title of this post!).
There is nowhere to 'get to'
Sometimes I think “I should be there by now” or compare myself to others who are further ahead. But remembering to celebrate my attempts is the real triumph.
The real secret of impossible goals is that there’s nowhere to ‘get to’. The end goal is only there to give us the opportunity to grow. Trying IS the success, because trying means we are growing. Attempting an impossible goal, putting your whole heart and soul into it - that is the reward. It doesn’t matter if you succeed or fail.
Today I worked on my 100 push ups a lot. I can do 5 now - (well, an average 5, I wasn’t going as low as I need to be). But that’s the point! I don’t want to think it’s not good enough because I can’t do 5 perfect push ups yet. Reframing my thoughts: I’m actually super stoked to be at 5 already!
One of the ego’s favourite stories is “Things aren’t happening quickly enough.”
I heard myself think that (but not say it - that would count as a complaint and I’m not complaining for 21 days!) when I woke up this morning and saw 47 people had seen my YouTube video (last time it was more). But HOLY MOLY 47 people! Imagine if they were all in the room with me right now?! That’s a heck of a lot of people to impact.
I’m happy when I’m growing.
That’s my new mantra. It doesn’t matter when I get there. It could take me 50 years to reach 100 push ups or 100k subscribers. But I’m happy, because I’ll still be growing as a person, still be growing towards something bigger.
It’s so easy to think “I should… blah blah blah”.
I think sometimes people look at me with my goals and they assume I’m working on them 24/7, and crushing it all the time. It’s just so not true. Today I woke up at lunchtime, and did not go for a run! It’s so easy to look from the outside of anyone else’s life and compare yourself to them. I’m totally guilty of this. Some of my biggest inspirations are seemingly SO far ahead of me. BUT THERE IS NOWHERE TO GO, NOWHERE TO GET TO. This is it, right now. This is enough.
What if you actually did it?
What would your life look like if you actually followed through on the plans you made?
Where could you be right now?
What if you actually did what you said you were gonna do?
What if you actually honoured your commitments to yourself?
What if you actually did the things you said you would?
What kind of life could you be living?
I heard a version of these questions today and its haunted me all day.
It pushed me to go for a run at 9:30pm even though it was dark. It pushed me to write this blog post. It pushed me to actually view my progress list (like a to-do list but things that ACTUALLY move you forward) as a doorway to my future that is truly non-negotiable.
I think of where I could be right now had I not made so many excuses. I’m so done making excuses.
Tomorrow I’m challenging myself to complete everything I commit to:
Here’s my day tomorrow.
Friday:
☐Morning routine (gratitude journal, run, breakfast, mediate, mindset, shower, teeth)
☐Water plants at allotment (bring container for berries)
☐10am meeting
☐Creating vision boards with Georgia
☐Prep for client “L” (keeping her identity private)
☐Coach client L
☐Meeting with marketing expert 5:30pm
☐Post on stories
☐Post on blog
☐Do a livestream answering Q&As
☐Do something fun with Georgia in the evening
Of these, the tasks that will actually progress my life are: vision board, meeting with marketing expert, and doing the livestream. That means they are paramount.
I’ll report back tomorrow - do this challenge with me!
