39. How To Stop Procrastinating

There’s no class at school on how to follow-through with your commitments or generate motivation.

So even as a psychology graduate, I ended up procrastinating constantly.

I was great at coming up with ideas and goals and dreams.
But I had action block.

(Like writer’s block, but for everything.)

I just couldn’t seem to get myself to stick to a plan and follow through with it.

We’re talking three years of starting projects that never got off the ground.

(Blogs, websites, books, businesses, videos, podcasts, all of it.)

And then I learned how to consciously create my thoughts, feelings and actions.

In this episode, I’m sharing how to solve procrastination at its CORE.
