    In June my boyfriend and I moved from Wellington, New Zealand, to Sydney, Australia. We just heard news today that we got an apartment. I'm absolutely thrilled because now we can move our things in and I get the fun job of decorating my office and setting up my home filming studio for my YouTube videos.

    I just returned back from 2 weeks in Los Angeles for a retreat and a Brendon Burchard personal development event, which set my brain on fire with ideas and energy!

    I am in the middle of creating a new offer than I can't wait to reveal soon.

    Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, athletes and creatives achieve their own goals.

    l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

    People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

    While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

Journal With Me

One of my favourite goal-setting activities is mindset journaling. It's a really great way to step into the ideal version of yourself and start creating your life from the version of you who already has it.

I’m super happy that I got this video up JUST in time to complete my goal of getting 4 videos out in June.

Even though it’s not perfect, it’s done. I’m working on making my videos better, and I can tell that there are lots of elements I’d like to change, but I’m definitely seeing progress in my videos (I only did one take this time, instead of the usual five!).

How to Commit to Your Goals

I’m back! It’s been a few months since I posted on YouTube but one of my top June goals is to put out a YouTube video every single week, so here's my first one!

I also want to note that even though this video is FAR from perfect, it still took three different occasions on three separate days to film because people in my house kept coming home and needed to use the space I was in haha!

I'm saying that because I wish the content creators I watch talked about how long it took them/how many fails they had – I always just assume they are perfect from the get-go.
