Today I made the decision to hire an assistant.

I’ve hired team members before, but only for short term projects. Now I’m ready to go all in and hand over the reigns on the behind-the-scenes so I can focus on the most important thing I do as a coach – coaching.

I’ve been holding onto every little detail in my business as I built it up, but now as a fully booked coach I realise that I just can’t do everything on my own anymore. (Seriously cool after two years of doing it all on my own to be able to say that!).
